Nice work man. If you went with yellow halo's for turn signals it would be unique, I would like to see how that looks.

I can't wait to see it either! I saw some blinglights ones on e-bay...abyone have any experience with those? Are the halo rings bright? Bright enough to see even if the driving lights are on too??

Nice work!

What did you do to get the fiberglass/resin to stick better?

A 60 grit grinding, Dawn washing, and adhesion promoter made it stick. With the grinding, The urethane parts were sticking through the resen when I brushed the first coat on, so I think that's what's made it stick so well. The urethane was kind of fuzzy when I was done grinding. Again guys, thanks for the compliments!

On my next days off next week, I'll try to get the side lights filled on the rear bumper. I meant to get pics of the letters on the rear bumper, but was pretty busy with other chores after I got thru sanding, so I'll get some taken on the comming days off also.

Again, anyone work with the blinglights.com halo driving lights from e-bay? Are the halos good and bright? Are the lights of good quality? If noone knows then I guess I find out when I get around to buying em!

Damn, I'm sorry Guys. I know it's been a while. I've made NO progress lately. This weekend off work was spent with my fiance since it's her birthday. Anyone got any word on those halo lights??

I think the front looks excellent, I would consider doing RAISED letters for the PONTIAC in the rear. Should be different but very cool, and match the raised pontiac on the headlight and raised bird on the front bumper.

Props to being the first to do something actually cool.

I would leave the stock turn signals in because you can see the mounting brackets, but thats my opinion. Although halo's would be sweet too.

I'll get some more pics of the spoiler leter this week. My fiance has my camera. I thought about raised letters also! But a clean and smooth look got the nod. Also keep in mind that I'll be tapping the 'Pontiac' out of the headlight cover. I have another custom project in the beginning stages where you'll see the raised bird again, but I'm keeping it Classified until it's finished! As for the brackets for the front turn signals, If I leave those housings out, I'll cut the mounts out of the bumper so it would look like the lower openings. This is a VERY thought-out project. I've just left myself some options to work with opinions. Opinions count too.

SO thanks for the comments, thoughts and support!
