I just had some questions. Are these the angled or straight? Whats the max lift on these heads .600? I looked on the website and there brand new $450. Would you negotioate on a price? Also are they bare no valves?

These heads are angeled. max Lift is .600 and also they are bare no valves. These were purchased a while back and they are BRAND NEW. I would take $425
