I've never tested leds in the turn signals, but I know if you have a bulb out in my 99 it doesn't blink. If you install leds without load resistors the car thinks a bulb is out and probably wouldn't blink.
If someone has tried this please chime in.

I have a 1999 Trans Am and it uses bulb type 3156 for the reverse lights and its a single element bulb. 3157 its a dual element bulb, used for stop and turn lights.

I'll have to experiment with those. If I remember correct the signals don't blink with a bulb out which the car would think was happening with leds. You would need to run load resistors.

All they need to do is swap the stock flashed to a electronic flasher
I just installed led turn signals in my z and they look amazing...
Here's a pic of my car from last night...her first time on the road since insurance totaled her two months ago!

Thanks for the orders everyone. Right now I'm currently snowed/iced in, but it should be safe enough for me to head to the post office late this week. These orders will ship then.

You're correct, the flasher won't have enough load with the LED lights
All they need to do is swap the stock flashed to a electronic flasher

I just looked up the Caddy and it says 3157 which would be the same bulb as these. I would try that set out for the Z28 in the Caddy to see if you like them before ordering again. Those will also work in the C6.
