I have a SLP Blackwing Lid in excellent shape, all you need is your IAT sensor and your ready to rock and roll, has a GM WS6 Ram Air Decal on it

haha, there was one that just went on ebay last month, it was 300 bucks buy it now, but it came with a extra boot. i was tempted to buy it
