Default LS1 oil pan - $140

Category: Drivetrain
Price: $140
Location (State): CA
Item Condition: Used
Shipping Information: Item Can be Shipped
LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine

Bought brand new, used for about 20 miles.

There is a hairline crack at the front corners due to the timing cover not being aligned and flush with the block.

Can be easily fixed with some welds. Crack does not go all the way down the bottom of the pan, ONLY around the bolt holes.

Will ship at buyers expense. Price is firm.

What you see in the pictures is exactly what I am selling, nothing else. I can't go any lower, this is a steal, especially if you know how to weld!

aluminum welding is close to 100 an hour so unless someone like me wanted it and had their own TIG rig it would be 2 labor hours to setup, gouge and clean the pan to be welded since its had oil in it it will probably be contaminated figure $200 to fix a pan you can get new for 180ish. sorry bud, im interested but not at that price, its an easy fix but will take a few to prep and drill so the cracks dont continue, also theres more crack visable at the mating surface showing the front lip is bent down and wouldnt seal perfectly so it will have to be welded in a jig to hold pressure on the lip and pan at the same time then have the mating surface machined flat again. knock $90 off the price and ill pay for it. i have access to a full machine shop and own all my own welders and equip so i can repair it for free and use it, VERY FEW people can do that

Just so we are clear.....

Selling Price:
-$60
-Paypal fee: add 3%
-Shipping at buyers expense
-Read my listing and look at the pictures. This is for the LS1 motor for a FBODY. But can be used in many different applications. It was originally ordered as a direct replacement for a 2000 Camaro SS.

If you want the oil pan. PM me to purchase or post here.
