Forged 370 nitrous motor, built T-56

Location (State): KS
Item Condition: Used

The motor is a forged 370 with PRC 227 heads. Complete longblock including oil pan, water pump, flywheel, and clutch (no accessories) built for a 300 shot of nitrous. 11.4:1 CR, made 480/450 on SNL's dyno with 91 octane, through 1.75" headers on a 95* day when it was brand new. I feel like the small tube headers are holding it back a little. - $5500
- PRC 227 heads with .650 springs (only ~2500mi on springs), valve covers, ARP head bolts
- new GM iron 6.0L block, .030 over, ARP main studs, new LS2 crank (24x)
- SNL Red Letter cam (.6xx/.6xx, 23x/24x, 112)
- Callies Comp Star 6.125" rods, Wiseco -3.2cc pistons, steel top/ napier 2nd rings, ARP bolts
- all covers, oil pan, and Monster 11" Race clutch w/ 18lb FW
- new water pump, ported oil pump, and timing set
Motor is in the car, and you can hear it run. I would not hesitate to get in it right now and drive it across country again. Almost 500rwhp, and 22mpg on the highway. Intake is coming off Thursday because it is sold.
I will sell the shortblock and heads separately if needed. $3500 on the shortblock, $2000 shipped on the heads.
Tranny is a Tick level 2 T56 (M12) with cryo and micropolish, GTO bellhousing included - $2300 SOLD
Prices do not include shipping, and parts are still in the car. I do paypal (you pay the 3% fee) or moneyorder, and will deliver up to 3hrs from Wichita, KS.

I will ship the heads for $2K. They are only going to cost $50-60 to ship, so I will eat that. Just don't want to eat shipping on the short block.
The intake does not come with the TB. It does come with all the mounting hardware from FAST including valley bolts, fuel rails pictured, SVO 42lb injectors, EV1 to EV6 wiring adapters, AN fittings, and lines back to the quick connect. The intake was also ported by SNL Performance. I would sell the ported and polished LS2 TB for $200. It is polished internally and externally. If you wanted both the intake and TB, I would knock off $50 for a total of $1150, and will ship it for that.

Can you also PM me more on the specs of the cam? TSP says they can set the heads up to help clear the MS4 which I will be running it with and was curious how big your cam was in comparison. I'm trying my hardest to not flycut. thanks

If it was a stock LS2/T56 combo, that would be great. I'm going to be selling the car though, and I can't see anyone being real happy about buying a '06 GTO with an LS1 in it.

Any idea what the CR would be with stock 243 heads? I've got a rear-mount turbo setup and need a forged bottom end to replace my failing stock LS2 bottom end. I'm thinking that CR would be not optimal for FI.

Stock heads and stock thickness gaskets would probably put you pretty close to the stock CR of 10.8:1 - about where you are now. Only it would be forged, so you could maybe get away with a little more boost.
