I bought one from a friend for $500 and had an annihilated input shaft. Worked fine before the shaft broke, but still a pretty penny for an inop trans that needs rebuilding.

good to know guys, get on somewhere if your not interested.

and that 500 dollar transmission from your friend, i assume you picked it up! now think of 200 in shipping for that thing and it becomes a 700 inop trans.

1000 shipped ill take reasonable offers. for those of you who want to cry, move on, im in no rush.

where do you get a $1000 for shipping and core????? Our core charge is $300 and to ship it is like 200 bucks since these are fairly light.... thats $500. so take the core value of your T56 and add 250 to ship to be on the safe side and you have 550 shipped, that right at market value.

1000 for a T56 in need of a rebuild???? Quit embarrassing yourself and cut the price in half. I wouldn't trust buying a toasted t56 from someone with 1 feedback and a 1k price tag.

Default T56

I've bought a 25k t56 with bell for 1200 bucks plus if it locked up it's not worth building base rebuild bearings n blockers n labor would be 800 bucks not to mention it has to have damaged gears
