It appears as if the oil was rarely changed but other than that, everything looks fine.
Any performance build at the level I was going to do will need at minimum, boring and honing with a deck plate with the head studs in place anyway. Add to that installing the main studs and you're looking at a line hone. There is no damage anywhere on it. Mains, bores, etc... It all looks good. I have not taken a bore gauge to it to see if the bore is within OEM tolerance, nor do I care.
