As you can see, there is a little surface rust, but nothing 30 minutes worth of work at the most shouldnt cure.

the rust in the pictures is the only rust, just up by the top part.
Unfortunately, I dont have the cam card with it, I bought it off of a member here.

Man I neeed a small cam if u still have this I may be able to do 125 shipped this Friday. Not trying to low ball but I'm building a turbo kit and all my money is tied up on fuel system and turbo parts I was trying to find a stock ls6 cam for like 100. But this would work.
