I have a LS6/LS1 from my 2002 B4C Camaro CHP EVOC . It is a LS6 block part # 17801268 with LS1 internals from the factory with 241 heads. I replaced it due to low compression in the #3 cylinder ( these cars were abused and was a low mileage engine). It was used and abused by the CHP, but still ran great on 7 cylinders (oil fouled #3 plug because of only 70 psi in stead of 190 to 210 psi of compression) and with 50 psi of oil pressure. The engine is currently sitting in the crate the replacement came in. It has the corvette valley pan, valve covers, and bat wing oil pan (that came on my replacement engine part #89017548 from GM). The engine only has 2000 to 3000 miles on it and may only need to be rebuilt with little or no machining. I have yet to disassemble the engine.
