Up for sale is a set of ported and milled 806 cylinder heads. These heads have roughly 50k miles and they're in great condition. No gashes, or dings in the deck surface.

Update: After some flow bench testing, I changed my porting design. These new heads are 10+ cfm stronger up top and also have gains in the low lift numbers as well. These should flow exactly 270 cfm on the intake and 195 cfm on the exhaust. UPDATED PICTURES IN LOWER POST!

Runner volumes are about 213-214cc intake and 77-78cc exhaust.

Porting:
Opened and blended seats to bowl on intake/exhaust ports (matched all diameters to within +/- 3 thousandths)
Narrowed, shaped, blended intake/exhaust valve guide bosses.
Completely removed intake rocker bolt hump.
D shaped exhaust port exit (matched diameters within +/- 3 thousandths).
Only sanded intake/exhaust runners to keep cc’s low and air velocity high.
Sanded runners (80grit>180grit>220grit)
Removed 75% of the swirl ramp
Heads are milled 10 thousandths (checked) $80 value
All valves were lapped before reinstalling

Comes with stock valves, springs, retainers all in great condition.
Can ship heads in 1 business day with tracking packaged very safely.

Only $460.00 firm + shipping/paypal fee. PM for shipping quote. Thanks for looking.

It all depends upon the setup (cam, headers, tune, ect) but if 243 heads gain 20rwhp on a certain engine, I'd say these would be 25-30rwhp. These heads would also raise your compression ratio to 10.3:1

Boy I wish you had some dyno results or flow numbers for your heads. I have some interested in a set of your PP 241's but I like to see proven results before I spend the cash.
