New GM crank
New Crower Forged Sportsman Lightweight Rods good for 8000rpm and spent alot of time researching and talking to specialist and real world examples to learn that safely I could spray 250-300 keeping a .045 quench, I was told they would be fine with a little tighter quench and more spray but I wanted to stay a little conservative. These were installed with ARP rod bolts
New JE forged Pistons spent some time with JE discussing pistons for this build, I was guaranteed these pistons untouched out of the box were good for 100hp per cylinder, but everything was balanced and machined for spray at machine shop. JE pistons have proven way more than 800hp. These pistons are flat tops with dual valve reliefs
Clevite bearings all new
New TSP MS3 cam on a 113lsa
New rollmaster double timing chain
New GM LS7 lifters
All this was taken to Panhandle Performance Engines in Amarillo, TX for build and assembly. These guys are no joke and are very friendly I had many options for builds as there probably a hundred machine shops within 4 hours of me. But I have personally seen there quality time and time again. They built the motor in the 69' Orange white striped Camaro that won PINKs All Out in San Antonio running I believe 9 sec passes on BB motor that still had a 500 shot to go but wasnt needed. I believe this PINKS was in 2008.
This machine work included balancing and machining to perfection all parts. This machine shop uses a torque plate honeing method as these blocks tend to distort cylinders when the heads are torqued down, so they use a torque plate torqued on when the honeing takes place to ensure perfection when heads are torqued on. All clearences and ring gaps were set for nitrous
New cometic head gaskets 3.905 bore .060 thickness to aquire desired quench.
New in box ARP head studs
And new out of box 60lb Siemens Mototron Short Injectors

Sorry for the delay on these picks I can try and get some more, please understand that times right now on me are beyond bad. Also need to add that I had planned to run this shortblock with PRC 2.5 5.3 heads
The parts alone cost 3k plus i had $1000 in machine work and assembly, plus the ARP head studs, the cometics, and injectors. Thnks

I'm selling this motor because I came into the need for $$ this week. I am going through some horrible times and need to offload this stuff. I do not want to believe me but it only makes sense and what im fighting for is worth more to me than car parts ever could. I have sold quite a bit on ebay user name GOV172804. I have been a member here for a long time bust mostly a back seat member I log in at least once a day and look around.
