A few years back, I bought an Autocross suspension set-up from Sam Strano.

I never did install the parts on my former 94 Z28.

The parts all all brand New and consist of:

1. Bilstein front and rear shocks revalved to Sam Strano's specifications.

2. Ground Control Front Coil Over conversion kit and adjustable rear spring perches

3. Front and rear Springs in a rate that Sam recommended....450/150

4. Poly bushing kit that Sam recommended for the front end.

I will NOT separate the set...Sam recommended me to sell the set for the amount $795...i paid much more.

I didn't think of this until somebody asked me in a PM...

The REAR ground control kit technically isn't a traditional coilover. Traditional coilovers have the a preload adjustable spring mounted around a shock absorber. The main purpose of a traditional coilover is to be able to adjust ride height & corner balance with adjustable preload of the spring. On the rear, the ground control kit does not mount the spring around a shock. Instead, it maintains the large coil spring in the stock location, but adds a preload adjuster between the spring and lower spring perch. It performs the exact function as a traditional coilover, except the spring coil isn't over a shock.

The fronts in this kit, however, are traditional coil overs when installed.

Here are the instruction sheet pictures:

These are revalved Bilsteins.

I don't know the max amount of lowering. All i kinow is it is ride height adjustable in every position

This would work fine for daily driver use...will actually absorb bumps better and won't feel like a pogo stick after hitting any.
