These heads were completely hand ported with 3-angle valve job about 3 years ago by one of the head porters who used to work for MTI (MTI in Texas, not Georgia). Both intake and exhaust runners have been opened up as well as ported and smoothed chambers. The heads are 64cc, and made 440/400 with a 228/232 camshaft on a stock LS6 intake. Stock intake and exhaust valve sizing. Valve springs are Comp 918 single beehive springs.
Selling these for a customer. $550 shipped. We will consider credited trade-ins such as 243's ($250), 706's ($50), or 241($75) castings. Trade-ins and payment will need to be received before these heads ship out.
Casting # is 853, but these "do not" have the notch. There ARE NOT welded. They're identical to a 241 head, and will fit on any year LSX engine with a cathedral port and can use any head gasket you wish.

Im better at reading small print.LOL. Just knocking the idea around of popping the 243s off my GTO for a trade, IF they are going to make a worthy power increase........?
