These are Stage 2 243 heads (LS6 or LS2) that come assembled and ready to install, although I'd suggest replacing the valvesprings (currently has Patriot Dual Gold valvesprings with Titanium Retainers that can be re-used) since I don't know how many miles are on them. They may have a ton of life left, but I wouldn't take the chance. These heads have been milled to 59cc chambers.
SOLD
If wanted, I'll also sell the buyer a set of replacement valvesprings at my personal cost, no markup at all
These are perfect for anybody wanting a GOOD set of heads without totally breaking the bank! Can take PayPal or any major credit card. No risk here since you're buying from a trusted site sponsor! PM me with any questions, please no lowball offers.

will this work with 232/236 .579 cam with out any machine work? and what size pushrods would i need for the setup? i got 7.4s but can get my hands on some shorter ones easy.

Thank you guys for the kind words! These heads will definitely work with your setup, but with that camshaft you're probably going to need to fly cut your pistons. On an LS1 you'll be looking at 11.42:1 static compression.
I definitely suggest measuring for proper pushrod length during the install, and I'm guessing that you're going to need a slightly shorter pushrod since these heads have been milled.
Let me know if you have any further questions!
