This wouldn't work with a pacesetter y pipe and a magnaflow cat back?

Any competent exhaust shop should be able to make this work without any issues at all. All you will need is a 4"-3" reducer to mate to the I pipe (or cutout if you already have one, if not I recommend a 4" cutout then reduce down to 3" for best results).

It will flow much better and take the majority of rasp out.

FWIW.. I planned on buying a Pacesetter ORY and having my exhaust guy take care of me.. I ended up going to TSP TDs though so I never ended up using it.
