Not 100% on mileage, maybe 20,000...
They were on my motor for about 3 years. My car is not my daily, so it doesn't get driven much. Just the occasional ride to work, trip to the track and trip to Mexico.

The rockers are not adjustable. They are just bolt on roller replacements.
Shipping would be $21 and the guy at UPS said they would be there Friday if I dropped them off today.
