I bought a set of z06 casting 243 heads today. They are brand new, never installed and fully assembled. They were part of an overstock liquidation. I paid $430 plus $40 for shipping. Now I need to learn the art of polishing.

The guy I bought them from said he had 10 sets. He originally posted them on ebay and has been very thorough giving out his name and address and contact info, so I don't think I will be getting screwed. He may have some left if anyone is interested. Go to ebay and type in ls6 heads. They will be the ones that look dirt cheap.

I did the $499 ones and used the best offer peice and waiting to see if he would except them. Originally I offered $375 and he turned it down. I then went higher and he bought off on it.

The only way to get scammed here is if he sent heads that aren't #243 castings or if they are defected. I think we are good to go though. I have never seen a scammer be as thorough as this guy has on responses. Plus he doesn't hesitate to respond. I just think he either went out of business or grabbed them in a hellatious sale and needs the money. When I get them in I will take immediate pics and post them. He told me 7 - 10 days.
