I've got one, but don't have the lower "lip". I guess it's just like what slp sells. The lower section could be made rather easily though. $75 shipped. Price is negotiable. Thanks.

Everything from the original kit minus a few sheet metal screws and nuts. Inlcudes top half, botton half scoop, block off plate, block off weather striping. I'm pretty sure I still have the instructions also.

Picture doesnt show everything listed, but get an idea. There is a small amount of RTV/silicon still attached that can easily be removed.
Once you install this you're going to want to cover up any seams with either silicon glue or duct tape.
