HPT problem need help. Ok so I got a bunch of sandrails infront of me tht we took some DTC codes off of them and fixed some slight things around. but now everytime i try to reflash them I keep getting this popup window check it out:
Please help me out we need these sandrails out of the shop by tonight. Thanks a ton.

Its becase that operating system was never offered by GM for the vin number currently in the pcm, you'll need to have it flashed to a valid file & reread it.

Ok but my problem also is that my flash button wont function whn I read the file even to update the VIN so do I just flash the right VIN without reading the file?
I think you should be going directly to support@hptuners.com
with the VIN info and find out a VIN for that OS version, or vice
versa. They possibly would even modify the file for you to add
a dummy VIN for this offroad setup if you asked. Though probably
not tonight.
Crank learn is kind of fussy getting the process to run and will
be stymied by certain other codes (even dumb stuff like fuel
tank pressure). That 480 code maybe. You want to kill every
code that has to do with stuff that isn't there on a buggy.

ok So I got all the codes disabled and everything the buggy starts and runs fine but once you put your foot on the gas padel real fast it cuts out and the pedal stops working but the motor is still running I get the T/B actuator code popup .
