7.24 Volts @ TPS
My car is throwing a P0122 code.
When I pulled my pigtail to check the voltage on the grey wire it reads 7.24 Volts.
1. The TPS circuit has been replaced.
2. My car has a digital WOT switch hooked up on the signal wire. I have no voltage at either the ground of the signal when I checked them.
3. I don't have a techII to check TPS voltage. I can use one during the day but my car is apart for this weekend. I was thinking about pulling the pin on the TPS signal wire at the PCM connector to check it, that should work right?
I don't understand why the voltage is that high, maybe someone can help me. Thanks.

TPS pullup reference ought to be 5V. Something may be sourcing
current into the TPS wire, or the regulators that provide the 5V
may be bad. Cutting the wire near the PCM (or pulling pin) ought
to let you see if the overvoltage is being sourced by the PCM or
applied from somewhere else.
