I was hoping you'd chime in and help. I being a rookie to flashng pcms figured any cam with an aggresive lsa will drive a pcm nuts. Well it did and the tuner that tunes everyones cars for about a 250 mile radius has never tuned a reverse split and blames that as the problem. as you might have read he also uses no wideband and never has on my car. He just goes in and changes parameters. Like I told others, he has done cars for years around here. I DO KNOW they were mostly stock or had gearswap or headers. He could go in and change shift points, speedo settings,delete the egr,rear o2s,all the easy stuff I know I'm capable of with a tune program. It's the fine TUNING part that I'm not quite sure whether or not he understands and adjusts. First off, A/F ratio with no wideband? Timing advancing table? fuel trims? I may not know the technical terms but know if I'm supplying the engine with more air and fuel and change the Valve Events that the computer tables should almost all need modifying, no?

The answer to your question is yes, there are many tables that need to be altered for it to run right. reverse split has nothing to do with it.
Many people have given you ideas of what to do. I don't know that anyone is just going to give you a tune for your tuner to copy. Short of looking through the tune repositorys.
Without a tune to post, it's all speculation as to what was or wasn't done properly.
I would suggest following the suggestions, and either get it to a qualified tuner, or buy a mail order from a reputable tuner. There are several that can get you real close with a mail order. But that stuff isn't free.

Thanks and I appreciate your response. I have already spent too much on tunes and if there were someone willing to take screen shots of their tune or forward me a tune that worked for their tr230 install I'd be better than I am now. I understand the copying thing, but there are plenty of folks that don't want to rob you to help you, I have been robbed and it sucks ***. Now I'm going to try and resolve this myself with the aid of a reputable tuner. I have heard too much bad about mail orders. It;s similar to the tuner that did my car with no wideband, without the car on a dyno or on the road with a the #s in front of you , you can only get close on a mail tune.

yeah, just give them a call. ive never heard of anything negative about LG tuning. just so u know im also running a reverse split. it took a bit to get it dialed in. now it drives good.
