Need info on using lsx computer to control holley stealth ram setup???CAN IT BE DONE?

Unhappy Need info on using lsx computer to control holley stealth ram setup???CAN IT BE DONE?

OK heres the deal I have been building a turbo 383 gen 1 small block with a holley stealth ram intake. I bought a complete tpi setup and a painless conversion but now finding it to be very difficult to find anyone who will touch tuning an old tpi setup for this, so Im wondering if anyone has used a lsx based computer and wiring harness to control an older sbc? I know there is a ton of software for the lsx computer, and it would be a cheaper option for me to go this route if possible than spending big$$$ on a stand-alone setup. Please HELP motors done but im dead in the water on computer.........

In order to run the newer PCM, you're going to need a crank and cam position signal, unless you started by using a newer vortec block, you will either have to fab up your own crank position sender or use a dual sync distributor, which will run around $400, last time I looked. If you're looking for the cheaper way out, I'd look in to the PCM, that came in the Typhoons and Syclones, they were already programed from the factory for boost. Search the net for code 59

that is as easy to correct as moving arround the coil conectors to fit...

you have to make sure the ECU recieves the correct inputs, so a reluctor wheel bolted to the balancer and a cam sync distributor plug allong with the rest of the sensor input should allow you to rin the delphi with direct spark...

Ill tell ya this has to be the best site and members of any i go on... Thanks guys the link to EFIconnection.com has made my life a ton easier and cheaper. I would have probally seached for days or longer to find that site.

Why not just use an Accel dual Sync distributer? Less money and it supplies both signals without having to go through the trouble of putting a gear on the front of the crank
