Question Has anyone used Autocomputertech.com for programming or wiring modifications?

I have sent my ecm and wiring harness to Jeff at Autocomputertech for programming and harness rewiring. My problem is that he has had them for nearly 3 months and has poor to no customer communication skills. Has anyone else had problems with them? Any suggestions on how to hurry him up? Thanks

Exclamation The Lost ECU

Your ECU is gone. I did lost 400 usd on this guy. Paypal covered it up for me. The guy is a criminal. And he don't do the programming, he send your ECU to another company. He told me everything in a E-Mail.
He changed name on his company on Ebay, three times, and he run a couple of different accounts. http://www.autocomputertech.com/ home site is closed. And the worst is that Ebay let him go on and on and on. I have seen many cases with this guy on the web.. and i mean many...

The best part is that another guy that buy'd a wiringharnes from him was ripped of to. i not sure how that case work out, but i know for sure that he has hes own kind of Paypal protecion... lol

I sent Jeff Robert my ecu and Harness back on July 27,2008 and still have not recieved it. I purchased it on ebay and I went through his feed back and it was all good except for a couple. Then after about two months he pulled everything off of ebay. Yesterday I sent him an email and told him I wanted my stuff back and of course I got another excuse. Yesterday I also contacted a lawyer in albany new york. Their consult fee is $200.00 per hour, but I think that this is way I am going to have to go.

That sucks. Good reason to use paying sponsors on this site though.

Sorry for your luck guys. It really sucks that there are people out there like this.

Well, they finally caught this guy. If you sent him any thing I would contact Invetigator Rice.

It's good to see that the justice system is still working in ourt favor. So, the question is, are you going to be getting your stuff back? Hope it all works out for you.
