Default Cam sensor prob

Ok, Im stumped, I have a 02 ZO6 that is not seeing a camsensor signal.
It does the long crank, swap firing order 180deg burble thing, swaps firing order back and then will run
Things we have done.
checked all 3 wires for contiunity (ok)
changed and reprogramed PCM
Preformed a crank relearn..
Also 4 giggles change crank sensor and checkd those wires also..
chaged cam sensor 3 times. new and direct takeouts from runnning cars.
Is it possible the cam is broken right in front of the camshaft reluctor?
Going out to shop to check cam now i guess..

Cam endplay is ok. The reluctor seems to stay centered in the cam sensor hole.
I tightened the female sides of the conector..

still the same probs...

I fixed mine, it was throwing a PO343 and wouldn't start sometimes... started hard at other times. Ended up being the 2 outer wires needed swapped on my LS2 cam sensor extension harness from Casper Electronics. Swapped them and all is well!

Yeah it sucked... it left me stranded on one of my first trips in my new 402ci LS2 build... I stopped and shut the car off to do some tuning and then my laptop died, car wouldn't start, couldn't scan it without a laptop, and drained the battery trying to get it started. LOL I was only about a mile from my house... ended up having the wife tow me home with our Dmax.

Going thru this now on my 99 ta. I had intermittent after doing engine swap last year. I put in new cam sensor for something to do this spring and not the problem is full time. Trying to tune with new injectors and they are not working and now figured out its likely from this problem making the car go to batch fire.
I dont want to take my intake off again but guess have no choice if its not something ecu or harness I can get to.
