can hp tuners completely delete codes out to pass emissions or will it show up "not ready"?

 

I have turned off some and gotten to "all ready".
You have to make them enabled, no error reported
and then you have to complete the drive cycle
that makes the tests run clean, enough times to
purge any prior faults it may have saved up (some
are MIL on 2nd, etc., so it keeps track).

 

so i shouldnt have any problems passing emissions tests if i use hp tuners right?
