Only thing I can think of is do some more GM drive cycles. If it passed before the dead battery is probably the culprit.

but what im asking tho is.. the car is running lean because the p&p maf.. will this cause the o2 sensor heaters not to ready?? ive gone through quite a few drive cycles and like 400 miles on it since the dead battery.. the car has not been to emissions since h/c/i install.. it was tested after i put my headers on with o2 sims

How many moniters are not set???? You are allowed 2 not to be set on model year 2000 and older, and 1 not to be set '01 and newer. What year is the car? How many other moniters have not run???

It's the "SLP Long Tubes" that are causing the heater
codes or readiness problems. They fight the heater
by shedding exhaust gas heat out the surface.

Some people think that opening up the sensor tip
slots for more gas flow there, helps; header wrap
might also, though you want to not go all the way
to the head. Maybe try the first 6" fore and aft
of the sensor first, that'd be cheaper.

Catalyst effectiveness is the rear sensors which
have an even tougher time if you pre-cool the
exhaust gas. Here you would be better off to
properly enable the test & disable the fail, which
will then go to "ready" next time the test criteria
are met. You could also fix the heater codes
and get a "ready".

Ported MAF is just another error in the system
but it would manifest as a Bank Lean code if it
was a big problem (or crazy high fuel trims and
maybe a toasted trans down the road if it's
only a fair bit off).
