Hptuners help! A4 to t56 tune
ok done swapping my a4 out of my 98 z28 for a 98 t56 only other mods lid 8.5 wires thats it for now trying to change speedo to work right need info on how to with hptuners...car has stock 10 bolt with 2.73's not sure if i flash the pcm right with a manual tune still saying auto trans 4l60e cant figure this could somebody help please

Wow that's a SUPER tall gear to run behind a t56.......I ran the 3.23's for a few weeks and they sucked, I can't imagine 2.73's.
When I did my swap, I just did a "write entire" with a '98 M6 file and everything worked fine. To adjust your speedometer, divide your tire height by 2.73 to find the correct ratio.

jmm98 i tryied to do that an still its way off i have 245/50r16's which to the hpt unit converter is 25.6/ that by 2.73 is 9.38 and it still off am i still doing something wrong here

You did a transmission change
You need to change the VSS pulses per Rev-Trans from 40 to 17
Actually you need to do it right and get a stock M6 tune and do a write entire. Then change your gear ratio.
