If your wideband is accurate at all I'm surprised you even made it home, lol. It's a touch on the lean side. 19:1 should be more like 12:1.
Yea that what I was looking at. It wasn't doing that on the dyno, so I can't tell if its because its misfiring or if there isn't enough fuel there.

It looks like the pcm was commanding 11.8 but nothing close was happening. I've been planning on adding a second pump, but I wanted to make sure that was the problem first.

They both are TPS%, take a look again, a copy of my config is attached.

About the only time it was even close to the Commanded AFR was at closed throttle. It might not be a bad idea to add a pump but I don't know that it will fix the problem.

I think I'm having spark blow out above 5k..

But you're lean everywhere for most of that log. Wouldn't blowing out spark cause a rich condition?

Could you try posting your config again. If yours is similar to the one above then the logging of 2 different MAP sensors is really ******* everything up. It's averaging the 2 together and everything above 105 kPa isn't correct. If your trying to tune with it set up like that, then it's showing AFR error% at 150 kPa that is really at 200 kPa.

Yea, I'll work on it, I think i'll just delete tps volts and replace it with tps% instead of both and maybe that'll fix everything.

No because the sensors read only oxygen content. Misfiring creates lean readings at the O2s from the unburned oxygen that would have been depleted during normal combustion.

Haven't pulled them yet, going to try tighting down the gap some. I was running TR6's at .032, might try .028 and see what happens.

I think its time for some twins. I changed out the plugs today and went for test run again and sure nuff fuel pressure was dropping off. Car starts breaking up around 54 or 55 psi.

Ok, I made some changes to the pe table and now she is rich under wot. So the pump is holding up just fine. My next question is what could be causing it to be breaking up and popping when it goes to wot. If I ease into it from a roll it does fine but if i nail it from a dead stop it starts busting up. What could be wrong?
