Default My MPH is off, can i fiz with tuner?

I put on new 3.73 gears and my MPH is off by 10mph at 70mph.

Can I fix with a tuner?

If so whats a mid range one thats recommendable.
Not looking to spend a ton of money.

I think you can fix it with HP Tuners.

If you're looking for cheap,

someone is selling a used but unlocked Diablosport Predator for $200.00.

In the Modify Parameters section you can make adjustments for gear and tire diameter changes very easily.

If you're looking for even cheaper, a lot of tune shops will do stuff like that for $20 bucks. If nothing else get a mail order tune.
