Bad idle problem.. park and neutral

Bad idle problem.. park and neutral Ok I will start out by saying I have done some searching and have a little different problem. First off I have a ls2 402 I got from texas speed, I have a ms4 cam 239/242 ls6 intake stock tb and maf. I just put a built trans in and a 3600 stall. I have had this problem for a long time now but the car has been going threw transmissions so not able to drive it a lot.
Problem, after start up the car goes from 800 to 1200 rpm in park when putting it in gear it will drop to 600 and sometimes die. If it doesnt die it will go up and down with idle about 300 rpm I have to drive with both feet. I called tsp and asked them they said with the cam I may need to adjust the tb plate a little to get more air in. That let the car stay running but still goes up and down. Any help would be great...

Here is the tune I have now.. This is the same tune the new engine came with its running pretty rich. I would love to find someone to help me tune it a lot better.. Thanks for any help..

thanks, I have to pull transmission again because i think flywheel is bent.. then i will load the file and let you know.. can you also help with running rich? The car is running way rich at the bottom end.
