tuning idle with HPTuners need help

hptuners in RTT adjusting the RAF, how long should it take for the LTIT to show change once adjusted? Mine seems to be stuck at -.35

any help for the tuning noob?

Somethings wrong, -35% is about all it can pull, more data needed, mods, recent changes etc.
