Default Brand New MPVI Pro wont connect
theres nothng else to add, the computer wont recognze it

drivers installed? vista 64?

its the same computer i was using the other stuff on before it was stolen, no changes. windows xp.

Contact support with a screenshot of the error you are seeing, the serial number of the interface you are having problems with along with a screenshot of your usb device manager with our interface connected to your laptop.
