Default Car Dies at IDLE, and AC on

I changed my car's air bridge. Now the car is having a hard time idling with the AC on. Also, sometimes after the car is warm, coming to a stop with the clutch and brake depressed it has a hard time idling.

My Car is a 2002 Corvette Z06.
Mods:
ET 215 Heads
Kooks Headers
Fast Intake
LS2 90 TB
MTI Ram Air intake
Carbon Fiber Airbridge (New Mod that messed up the tune)

The Tune:
http://cid-d3120d04abba1fff.skydrive...6%206-5-09.hpt

The car was tuned before and put 480rwhp 425rwtq. It was tuned professional, but don't feel like shelling out another $500 for an adjustment in the tune.

Idles fine on warm-up and after warm-up. Just not when the clutch is depressed and brakes. Anytime the accessories are in use. I checked all the vacuum lines. They seem to be good.

Looks like it might be two separate problems. As far as the brakes with the clutch depressed, that seems to be a low vacuum issue. The other one might be too low of an idle set in your tune when the ac is turned on. Both should be easy fixes. Who tuned your car?

He tuned it with out the air bridge. I added the airbridge later and that's when the problem started. It runs fine with the stock air bridge. The new air bridge flows way more. I don't want to get charged for a re-tune, i just wanted to see if anyone here could take a look at my tune and steer me in the right direction.

Wait a pro tuned this car i would not go back.
1.Your torque management is still on.
2.Your enrichment rate is still set a 1.0 when it should be around 1.3 BTW this is how fast the car reaches its target AFR.
These are some of the things that you change when you get a tune. Unless you still wanted this stuff to be like that IDK.

But try to get a vacuum gauge on it because it still sounds like its a vac problem because the brakes on your car a vac assist so pushing the brakes could do what you are saying its doing.

And is this a stock cam, and did you or anyone drill a hole in the throttle body blade?

About item 2.... This table has no effect on PE's speed for f-bodies or vettes... try it at 1.0 and then 4.0 (max) and see for yourself if you don't believe me.

To the original poster... when I click on your link it takes me to Hotmail for some reason, not a file... weird. Just attach it to your post.

Torque Management is your friend NOT you enemy.
Please do some research on the topic.
It is not what most people think it is!
It doesn't operate how most people think it does!
From what I have gathered I see about 500 possibilities for separate parameters of Torque Management on a 0411 How can you turn off even 1/2 of them.?

Just think about Duration and Rate of any of the Torque Management parameters that you are aware of.

Your car ran OK before on that tune? Is it cammed? I would imagine so if it made 480 hp, but you don't have a cam listed in your mods.

Anyways, pretty crappy tune bud.

You can probably fix your problem with a throttle follower delay/decay adjustment, but the tune needs way more than that.

I agree with the re-tune. The up idle when AC is on and idle when clutch is depressed (moving and not moving) will have to be adjusted. Its amazing how many parameters there are for idle speed. Most tune shops i hear will retune once you have already paid for the tune once. Also if it was dyno tuned and not street tuned driveability issues will almost always have to be slowly worked out.
