Do we all got respect?
you offered your cam installation and tuning services to the owner of the vehicle that you are talking about, for of course an undisclosed amount of money.
1. you had never done a cam swap on an lsx based motor before.
2. you proceeded to drop a lifter into the motor, rookie move
3. somehow along the way the owner decided/had to get a head swap since you dropped the lifter into the motor
4. you then proceeded to "tune" his car after you had completed the install of all the parts.
5. you stated YOURSELF that there was no problems with oil pressure/motor when you fired it up and started tuning.
6. the knocking started AFTER you took it to 4500rpm to finish your tuning, like you stated.
get your facts straight, before you start trying to get yourself look like the victim on here.
oh, and the whole "respect" thing? come on. this isnt fast and the furious.
im not saying it was tune related but im leaning towards it....ther xz28x fella could have put things a little more maturly also........good luck
