question:

my buddy has hptuners.. and i wanted to know how i would go about "burning out" the rear o2 sensors.. so it doesnt throw codes any more for it.. Also any other recommendations for settings?? fan settings skip shift?? AIR etc..

You are going to have to use 2 credits to license your PCM to do it, but you need to go into the Engine Diagnostics tab, then scroll down to the catalyst system low efficiency codes, uncheck the SES enable box on both of them, then change the error mode to 3- no error reported.

(I'm a HPtuners noob...but I'm pretty sure thats the right sequence.)

DELETING REAR O2 SENSORS:
In Editor, go to ENGINE DIAGNOSTICS>DTCs
Under the far right column under Error Mode set these to “3-No Error Reported”

137 - HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
138 - HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
140 - HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 2
141 - HO2S Heater Performance Bank 1 Sensor 2
420 - Catalyst System Low Efficiency

Passenger Side
157 - HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2
158 - HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 2
