If its a 98, you can have anyone you know change your tune that has software.. 98's dont require a VIN usage. If you had a way to give us your tune, we can change it for ya or anyone on here can for that matter.

I know joecar can do it, he is the guroo over on the efilive forum and has helped/taught me alot.
