All vehicles are a little different but a general rule of thumb for cable driven LSx vehicles is somewhere btw 40-60 IAC counts fully warmed up.

130 IAC counts is a little high for my taste if that is fully warmed up?

I'd open up the TB blade a little and do a TPS reset.

idle airflow settings could be a lil screwy, does the throttle hang when u rev it up?

130 at warm IDLE? That seems alittle high for a idle and could be the problem. Have you done any messing with the TB blade and a TPS reset? I brought mine into a respective range doing just that. Before you get set on the IAC being bad, you should try those 2 quick steps.

well this is the problem i bought the car it would idle fine then when i reved it would hang idle took my friend for a ride and the throttle body set screw came loose and the arm that the cable attachs basically spun on the tb shaft. so i tightened the set screw i took off the tps the notice that the center piece where the shaft goes it spun around i guess the spring broke inside. i replaced the tps and now the idle doesnt drop it stay high the whole time its possible when playin with the spring on the throttle blade it moved.

When the car is RUNNING (key on, engine on) ang at warm (running temp) idle you want your counts to be 45-65.
