Default Engine braking when trying to coast.

I am tying up loose ends of my ls1/4l60e into an s10 swap. One of the major issues I am having is the torque converter (I'm assuming) doesn't disengage when I let off the throttle. If I apply the brakes it will but if cruising down the highway or an off ramp and i let off to coast to a slower speed the trans uses the engine to pull down the speed fairly rapidly. Just like a manual left in gear. I have had problems to no end from the guy I had write the tune. On moday I am going to call about getting computer #4 to try and fix the latest round of "oversights" and I would like to know what exactly to call this issue and possibly a parameter to change to correct it. Thanks.

p.s. what causes the battery light to come on when there is 14V and the alt seems to be working?

On a swap its always best to get a live tune for all of these little things that can occur. Often I have to do weird stuff to get around problems with having a eng, trans computer, harness in a vehicle that it does not belong in.

Set the TCC release curves to be up closer (but still below) the TCC apply curves.
