Default iat and high idle

I have been trying to track down a hanging idle problem for a few weeks now. After playing around the the engine bay for two weeks i finally got it to a buddy who has hp tuners.

We quickly realized that while driving in 65* weather my IAT's were staying at 102-104*. I have a cold air intake, lid, no bumper support yada yada yada...so there is no way the sensor is right. Brand new sensor so im sure there is something wrong in the wiring some where...but no code is being thrown.

After running like crap we decided to unplug the sensor...NIGHT AND DAY. the car is running perfect.

We took a look at my tune (done by FLP) and saw the IAT spark table was zeroed out along with the PE tables. The car is running great from stop to WOT.

questions....
Is there any other tables i didn't see that i would benefit by plugging the sensor back in?
Idle timing was 24*, cruise was 42*, and WOT was 27* sound okay? and i had no knock what so ever
