Default actual AFR ALOT different than commanded EFI Live

I had most the tuning done by a tuner. The car runs great, drives like stock. I bought a wideband and noticed my WOT AFR was 13.5. I started changing the PE at wide open and got it to 12.8 so that's pretty good. I had to set the commanded to 11.20 for it to be 12.8. Why is this? my tune is below if ya want to take a peek.

One of two things...

1) Airflow measurements are off

2) Your WB02 is off

What kind of WB02 are you using?

Do you have a means to measure torque? Local dyno, track, or at a minimum the configure and use the calculated torque/power PIDs in EFI Live. You might not get actual hard numbers but be able to "see" if the changes you are making are yeilding actual results other than SOTP feel.

IFR {B4001} is changed from stock but the offsets are not.
Also your VE table has only been changed at 1200RPM and below.
Incorrect injector and VE tables = "actual AFR ALOT different than commanded".

so in reality does it matter? I mean it starts and idles and drives perfect for a cammed car. I even got the afr down to a good area

You can tune it to where actual AFR matches commanded but
if it runs good and AFR is where you want it without matching commanded,
there's not much to complain about.
