Afterstart Enrichment (choke)

Afterstart Enrichment (choke) Hi
Within 10 seconds after start my car will idle as well at 14.7 AFR as the commanded that is around 13 AFR or so because of the Afterstart Enrichment, I have read and it seems the "startup" Friction Airflow and Afterstart Enrichment both add to the "choke" and I am not sure what table(s) will get the choke off faster as there are several tables...is there as easy way to do this?
