Default to tune cut out open or close?

hello

the car is 90% normal street driven 10% roll racing

do I make the tuner tune the car while the cut out open or close?

engine is a stroker with heads and cam some bolt ons (will post details in the dyno section when dynoed and driven) LT, ORY , stock 2.75 exhaust after the Y to stock muffler (for the police) and a 3" DMH cut out before the muffler

many parts are on their way shipping

thanks in advance ^_^

Tuned tightly with the cutout closed, I get a little ping with it
open. So I'd tune first for your main mode of driving (presume
closed) and then touch up the big end based on what you find
with it opened up.
