I have a 2000 Corvette that had a procharger on it but does not now. The throttle blade (drive by wire TB) is almost 20% open is the blower tune causing the throttle blade to hang open (I can push it shut) the car will start, idle kinda high then quit. Can HP Tuners correct the partially open throttle blade or is this a mechanical malidy and if I can fix it with the tune how do I do it???
