How do you wiring in the clutch pedal positioner switch. I'm not sure if I should cut the old wire out or to wire in series or parallel or what.

needs to go to N/C grounded switch, i.e. clutch pedal up (clutch engaged) switch closed, circuit grounded...clutch pedal down (clutch disengaged), switch open, ground circuit open

Can i just cut the wires that are already there out of the loop and run new wires to the PCM.

if you already have the switch and wiring, yes...just double check the circuit

There are 2 plugs on that cpp switch, you need to use the one that is CLOSED while the clutch is not depressed.

Then opens the circuit while you press the clutch.

It has to show a ground to the computer while you are off the clutch and it needs NO ground when you press the clutch down.
