cheap ebay performance chips? Has anyone tried the cheap performance chips (25$) on ebay that promise 20% horsepower increases? Do they actually help?

Just for future reference...those are not computer chips, or anything to do with performance.
They are 25 cent resistor that you put in your intake tube that fools the computer into thinking it's always getting cold air regardless of what the actual incoming air temperature is. That tricks it then to always run max timing thus supposedly gaining you power.
