Default Wideband without EIO questions..

Can you make it easily portable if you get a LM-1/2? Or would it make more sense to get a LC-1 or other "non-portable" wideband since its too hard to make it portable without the EIO? Essentially I would like to move between cars, but I already have the standard version of HPT, and am trying to decide if its worth dropping the extra coin for a LM-1/2 or not

Sorry for the lame questions I just can't find a straight answer and I admittedly don't quite grasp how to attach the WB through the EGR or other quite yet.

I am in the same boat as you, but I don't want to move between cars. I would love to just add the wideband and wire it up to the car, but I am not sure how to do it. Any guides out there for this?

I just installed a LC1 and it is not portable for me, sure I could of done a few things different but it would still be a hassle to move around. I am currently trying to get the WB to read through the egr but my pid that I made will not work, have a post on here hoping someone would help me figure it out. Good luck! a

If you got a spare harness(available for ngk-afx I know, 65.00), you could make it where you just move the sensor and display.

Also good link for WB through egr:

http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...t=wideband+egr

Just double check your pins, 99% sure same for F-body
