Default flashing check engine light

ok i have quite the list of stuff... please help as to what my problems are

the check engine light will dimly come on and it will flash, sometimes its dim sometimes its bright, but its flashing as the car rolls, its related to mph, not rpm...

also, i had a power cable short out on my header before all this happened but ive replaced it since, no blown fuses, ive gone through and checked all my grounds.

im pretty sure the vcm and air bag ones are when i installed a stereo i forgot to unhook the bat when i took apart the dash.

there is no change in how it runs, idles, starts anything.

any help is appreciated

I would get the codes cleared at autozone or oreillys and start fresh if I were you. As far as the engine light blinking I always thought that was from like a cylinder misfire when installing a big cam or a spark plug that is getting crappy connection.

it is definitely not misfiring, and the light is flashing as the wheels rotate, like when im stopped its off then it speeds up as i speed up and by like 25 or 30 its blinking so fast that it looks solid

i have hp tuners and its not picking up any misfire either, those are the only codes (above)

'not misfiring' may be a relative term....I had a similar issue when I had some weak/soft valve springs. The misfires would show in the opposite cylinders from the ones with the problem...just cause they dont appear on the tech 2 does not mean its not happening. I have never seen a flashing CEL when there was not a misfire condition present.

sounds to me like an electrical issue. if it is infact misfiring, it will be constant flash when the car is on. but since its blinking when you accelerate and relative to speed, i would say you have a short between a WSS and the SES light somewhere.

Yeah, doesn't sound like a misfire.

I would start checking your grounds and look for any damaged wiring? Have you done anything to the car before this started happening?
