Check for codes. If it has been running for more than a second, it will set some codes if something is wrong. That's where I would start. Maybe check fuel pressure.

Possibly bad IAC, my car was doing similar things and put it on a scanner, IAC was failing..plus o2 sensor on rt bank was crapping out, not enough to through a check engine light, swapped both out to new and car is much better now.

Fuel pressure should be set to 58psi. I know i say this alot, but did you tune the VE and MAF tables and if so did you do it with a wideband 02. It is important that you get the fueling correct first and then work on the idle tuning.

changed the tb did not change a thing, put back my ported and drilled the hole bigger, seems mutch better, i just have to touch the gas a bit and starts witout flooding, before i drilled i watched on my scanner and seen the iac number pass 200 counts on start up, so i figured it wanted more air, only thing now it wont idle below 800 because the iac is at almost 0 (not that i want it below 800) but tried to bring the idle lower and could not comanded to. is ther any mod i could do to the iac to control more air?

There is absolutely no reason to drill the TB Blade to get your car to idle. It is a idle tuning issue.

+1 tuning still requires more than a laptop. in some situations drilling the blade needs to be done. but you need to be sure with your fueling first. once you drill the hole its done.

iac should be in a 60-80ish range or 4% on a etc car. drill the blade to get in that range once fueling in other areas has been tuned.

why would you drill a hole in the throttle body

you can bump the idle of the car electronically. it has a idle control valve

Drilling a whole in the tb is for so called tuners that cannot tune the idle. The ecu will tell you exactly what air it needs for the car to idle properly, but you have to know how to use what has been given to you to do so.There are other factors as well. Get your fueling straight first and then work on the idle tuning.
