Raising the rev limiter with edit?

what have you changed? there are parameters in the engine tab and the transmission tab.
Sorry I is an auto, there is a post in the tranny section outlining my problems and what I have done to try and fix them. Basically when I go WOT it hits the rev limiter and will not shift. I have had 3 different trannies in the car, and 2 different converters (3500 Yank, and 4200 TCS). The latest tranny is a level 5 from FLP. I KNOW the tranny is good. I am pretty sure it is somthing with the tunning. I have even tried putting all the tranny tunning back to stock and no go?

The RPM and MPH shifpoints both need to be satisfied to make
the WOT upshift. Set your RPM upshift value to maybe 200-300
RPM lower than your rev limiter (more slack for the 1-2 may be
needed if you run up fast) and creep your MPH points up from
below (like on my car I use 41, 82, 125MPH with 3.23s and
6000RPM shifts, 6250RPM limiter). MPH too high will leave you
hanging on the limiter until you let off the gas and then it will
upshift.

Verdad Gallardo Thanks for all the help! I got it all figured out last night. I had adjusted the shift points, and it didnt work, put them back to stock and no go. I then got to thinking stock shift points are with my original 2.73 gears, Ive got 3.73's. The car is never gonna shift out of 1st at 40mph with the 3.73's, and second at 90 mph and so on and so forth. If I now have the mph low enough I can now tune my shifts with rpms correct?

Did you start with gear and tire scaling, in Edit's speedometer tab?
